Can't transfer files to PC

Hi,

I am not getting the notification or the option in swipe down settings where I could transfer files and pics. That option only shows the phone and SD drive.

Thought it would be just a matter of drag and drop but quite frustrated as it's not working.

I do have the File Manager app which I hope is not stopping it.

Any idea?
